MEET SHEILA
Sheila Jung is an abstract artist. She’s based outside of Chicago, Illinois. From Cornell College, Sheila graduated with a double major in Studio Art and Art History. She has spent the last decade working with brides and grooms, designing with fresh florals in her distinctive, luxury event design company, Ipomea Floral Design. Her artwork is bold and emotional, inspired by the mesmerizing, curious beauty of nature and the complexity and daunting aspects of love and marriage. Her style is abstract and organic, with an aesthetic of soft, passionate color.
Sheila is the mother of two vibrant, boundary pushing daughters and wife of Alissa, her biggest supporter. All three of whom have opened Sheila’s eyes to love and vulnerabiltiy and magic as if she is seeing color for the first time each day they get to spend together.
